Product Overview

The ZF23-126/ZF7-170L/ T2000 – 40 Gas Insulated Metal-enclosure Switchgear. Live conductors of this product are contained in a sealed metal container and filled with SF6 gas as insulating and interrupting medium. Modular design according to main connection requirements of substation can assemble different kinds of structures. This equipment includes circuit breaker, disconnector, maintenance or fault earthing switch, current transformer, voltage transformer, lighting arrester, busbar and inlet/outlet BSG or cable end box, bellows, local control panel etc., components. This product can be applied to power system, power generation, rail transportation, petrochemical, metallurgy, mining, building materials and other large industrial consumer.

Features and advantages of the product

1. Modular design Top service reliability

The GIS is characterized by three-phase-one enclosure and function units. GIS are composed of modules (circuit breaker, busbar/disconnector/earthing switch, outlet disconnector/earthing switch/fast earthing switch, current transformer, etc.). GIS compared with conventional switchgear, number of parts and sealing surface is reduced consumedly. Since three-positions disconnector/ earthing switch are equipped with reliable mechanical interlock, service reliability increases greatly.

2.Extremely small volume Very light weight

Small type GIS compared with other domestic conventional GIS, has extremely small volume. The width of standard bay is 0.8m. The enclosure and conductor are equipped with aluminium alloy, corrosion-proof, very light weight. The weight of standard bay is 2.8t.

3. Superior interrupting capability

Circuit breaker is characterized by self-energy arc-extinguishing principle, has superior interrupting capability and making capability. No rekindle or reignition occurs in line-charging current switching, electric endurance is 20 times. Disconnector can switch bus transfer current and bus charge current. Fast earthing switch can make short circuit current and can switch induced current.

4. High insulation level

Insulation construction is characterized by good design. All insulation parts have passed extreme test for quality. Level of withstand voltage for GIS surpass GB and IEC standard. Insulation is of stability and reliability.

5. Minimized maintenance work

Since the spring operating mechanism does not require compressed air, enclosure is of superior sealing construction, so inspection and maintenance work are minimized. All operating mechanisms achieve air-free.

6. Short period of site installation

By fully use of large preassembled and tested units in factory (normaly, is a whole bay), thereby period of site installation is shortened consumedly.
